Are you longing to deepen your spiritual life?

Spiritual direction is an opportunity to deepen one's relationship with God or the Divine through sacred conversation.

Spiritual direction can help you attune to how the Sacred is speaking to you and provide support for nourishing a prayer or spiritual practice. The spiritual director listens with you for the movement of the Spirit in decisions or life changes and fosters a spaciousness to welcome the life and creativity of your soul.

Christina can offer spiritual direction for people of any religious and spiritual tradition. She has accompanied Christian pastors to those who do not identify with a particular religious tradition. She brings her deep contemplative approach to each session, often integrating guided meditations and listening in nature.

How it works

Spiritual direction sessions are 1 hour and take place over Zoom or in person in Nyack.

Fees

There is a sliding scale fee for spiritual direction

Please keep in mind, these are only guidelines as I'm aware that individual income isn’t the sole indicator of wealth or capacity.

If you make more than $80,000 a year, a suggested rate of $100 - 125 per session.
If you make between $50,000 and $80,000 a year, a suggested rate of $75 per session.
If you make between $25,000 and $50,000 a year, a suggested rate of $65 per session.
If you make less than $25,000 a year, a suggested rate of $45 a session

If you cannot afford the lowest rate, please contact Christina. And if you are someone with extra discretionary income, please consider giving more so that your generosity can be passed on to those with limited means.
